I am having problems with some of the USB ports.

If this is mostly about the front I/O ports of the chassis, we recommend testing the I/O ports on the back of the motherboard next.

The rear ports are the better reference point because they are connected more directly to the platform. This is especially relevant for devices that require a lot of bandwidth or power.

If a device works reliably at the rear but not at the front, the cabling of the front panel of the chassis (or a corresponding USB hub) is also a point to check. Please consult the manuals for the motherboard and the chassis, or contact our support team.
