A RAM module or SSD appears to be faulty. Do I need to send in the whole PC? For clearly identified faults in standard components such as RAM or SSDs, we offer a pre-exchange service. We will send you a replacement component.Once the replacement has been received, you return the suspected faulty component to us.This is best applied if an issue has already been clearly isolated to one single component. Examples:A specific RAM module consistently prevents the system from booting, whilst another does not – and the affected module has already been tested individually in all RAM slots.A secondary SSD is no longer recognised or displays obvious errors, whilst the rest of the system remains stable – or the system operates perfectly with a different SSD.Please contact our support team to arrange such a replacement. To speed up the process, we require precise information regarding how the fault was identified, along with your current delivery address.
