Important information regarding the power connection for graphics cards The 12VHPWR I/O port, which is found on many high-end GPUs, must be handled with particular care.In the factory configuration, the connector is installed and checked during assembly and testing. It should not be unplugged unless there is a specific service reason.If the graphics card has been removed, moved or reinstalled, the connector must be checked before powering on the system. It must be fully inserted, sit straight and show no visible gap between plug and socket. The cable must not be under tension or sharply bent directly at the connector.Please note:Do not operate the system if the connector does not appear to be fully seated.Do not operate the system if the connector or socket shows signs of heat, discolouration, deformation or mechanical damage.If in doubt, contact our support and provide clear photos before using the system under any load.
