Where can I find your guarantee policy?

bestware.com does not offer its own guarantee. However, as we are an official partner shop, you can register the manufacturer's warranty for XMG and SCHENKER products directly with us. Both brands have a shared warranty policy that offers you comprehensive service in the case of any technical problems.
