Can I return my individually configured laptop / desktop PC?

Yes, all items ordered via our configurator are not excluded from the right of cancellation. You can return your individually configured laptop or desktop PC within the 14-day cancellation period.

Please note, however:

• If you have ordered individually requested lasering or prints on your device, costs may be incurred for the replacement of housing parts in the event of a cancellation.
