No, within the 14-day cancellation period, the return shipment is free of charge for you if you use our shipping label provided.

Please note:

• Reimbursement of costs for shipping labels purchased or used by yourself is not possible.
• We will also cover the return shipping costs for complaints under guarantee or warranty, provided the defect was not caused by damage you caused yourself.
