Do I have to pay the return costs myself?

Within the 14-day withdrawal period, the return shipment from an EU member state is free of charge for you if you use our shipping label provided.

Please note:

• Reimbursement of costs for shipping labels purchased or used by yourself is not possible.

If you are returning from another country, you must organize the return shipment of your order. In this case, we will reimburse you for the costs of the return shipment up to an amount of € 29 (net). Please provide us with proof of invoice for the costs of the return shipment.
