I did not receive an order confirmation

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was probably not successfully completed. This may be due to a problem with the payment, for example. Please check the following:

  1. Check payment:Check whether the amount has been debited, e.g. on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account.
  2. No debit:If no payment has been made, please try to place the order again.
