Voucher redemption conditions Our vouchers offer you great discounts, but there are a few things you should bear in mind when redeeming them: One voucher per order: Only one voucher can be used per order. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers. Validity: Vouchers usually have a limited validity. Please check the expiry date before redeeming your voucher. Value of the voucher: The voucher value can be specified as a percentage discount or as a fixed amount. VAT: The advertised voucher value always includes 19% VAT. If the order is delivered to a country with a different VAT rate, the actual value of the voucher will be automatically adjusted accordingly during checkout or in the basket.
