Tax-Free Deliveries to Soldiers Stationed in the EU

We offer the option of processing orders without VAT if the delivery is made via military mail to soldiers stationed in other EU countries. The following steps are required for this:

  1. Make a Purchase: Order your items in our online store and mention the VAT exemption request in the order comment.
  2. Fill out the form: Download the information sheet for tax-free deliveries, fill it out accordingly, and have it stamped by your department.
    If you have any questions about how to fill out the form correctly, please contact your department.
  3. Submission: Send us the completed information sheet together with your order.
  4. Processing: After checking the documents, we will process the order without VAT.

Note on payment methods:
If you use a payment method other than prepayment, we will refund the VAT after successfully checking the documents.

Important note on shipping via military mail

The German Armed Forces military mail refuses to ship laptops with built-in batteries. We therefore offer the option of removing the battery before shipping and sending it separately to a German delivery address of your choice. We charge a flat fee of €14.90 for this additional service.
