Can I make changes to my order? Yes, it is possible to customise your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please note the following information: Adjustments before shipping: Changes such as adding or removing items or changing the payment method are possible without any problems as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Customised products: For individually configured laptops or desktop PCs, a change can lead to an extension of the delivery time, as the production has to be adjusted accordingly. Changing the delivery address: It is not possible to change the delivery address for all payment methods. We will be happy to check this for you individually.
