My credit card payment has failed

If your credit card payment was not successful, please check the following:

  • Sufficient balance or credit line: Make sure there is sufficient credit or credit line available.
  • 3DS verification method: Have your bank's security method ready (e.g. SMS TAN, app confirmation) as this is required for each payment.
  • No order confirmation received: If you have not received an order confirmation, the order has not been completed. Please try to place the order again.
