When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time of your order depends on the availability at the time of ordering and the type of item - stock items are shipped faster than customized items.

Delivery time within Germany: Delivery takes about 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Delivery time to other European countries: Depending on the distance from our warehouse in Leipzig (Germany), the delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. This allows you to track your delivery at any time via the shipping service providers DHL or UPS.
