VAT refund for exports from the EU If you want to export your purchased goods yourself from the EU, you can apply for a VAT refund. This is how it works: Order in the online shop:Enter a billing and delivery address within the EU during checkout. Provide a billing address outside the EU:Use the comment field in the checkout or contact us directly after placing your order via the contact form to provide us with your billing address outside the EU. Attention to payment methods:A change of billing address is only possible when paying in advance by bank transfer or credit card. This is not allowed for PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT and financing. Export certificate:We will enclose an export certificate completed by us with your delivery.<> Export deadline:The goods must be exported from the EU within 3 months of purchase or invoice date. Customs clearance:Have the invoice and export certificate completed and stamped by the customs authorities upon export.
